چکیده
Objective: comparative analysis of the use PiCCO monitoring for correction intensive care in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) after abdominal and cardiac surgery. Material methods. A prospective cohort study was carried out 19 MODS (n=10) (n=9) interventions. Of these, 13 men 6 women, aged 63 (58-69) years, their height 176 (174-180) cm, body weight - 90 (80-100) kg. Central hemodynamic parameters were monitored these by method. Several steps have been distinguished study: 1st stage day surgery, 2nd etc. Results. In compared group significantly (p <0.001) lower preload indices (global end-diastolic volume index, intrathoracic blood index) noted at 1-2 stages, as well (p<0.05) rates contractility (continuous output index 1-4 stroke 1-5 stages). When analyzing treatment frequency dobutamine (p=0.017) simultaneous 3 vasoactive substances (p=0.0495) statistically higher than undergoing Conclusions. Monitoring central hemodynamics enables to individualize infusion therapy, vasopressor inotropic support

Background: Interleukin 6 (IL-6) functions as both a pro-inflammatory cytokine and an anti-inflammatory cytokine. Objective: To evaluate the levels of IL-6 in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods: Level of IL-6 was assessed and recorded for 14 days subsequent to the injury in 161 multiple trauma patients. MODS were diagnosed using Marshal Score. Injury Severity Scor...
متن کاملAutonomic dysfunction predicts mortality in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome of different age groups.
OBJECTIVE Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) is the sequential failure of several organ systems after a trigger event, like sepsis or cardiogenic shock. Mortality rate is high, up to 70%. Autonomic dysfunction may substantially contribute to the development of MODS. Our study aimed to characterize a) the spectrum of autonomic dysfunction of critically ill MODS patients; b) whether auton...
